General Contracting

New Village Builders has extensive experience in the multifamily residential construction sector. We work with the client from the planning/preconstruction phase of the project to turnover. We competitively bid out the project to the most qualified subcontractors in the area to ensure the highest quality while keeping client costs down. Our team of professionals are responsible for risk analysis, contract management, purchasing/procurement, on-site management and supervision, safety, scheduling, and cash flow management.

Our general contracting services include construction per spec/design, Design-Build, Green building and we can accommodate other methods of general contracting desired by the client. In the construction per spec/design method we work closely with the architects and engineers with whom the client has designed his/her project from the planning phase to turnover. The Design-Build method provides clients with a sole point of contact for both the design of their project and the construction of it. The Green building method incorporates new construction methods in sustainability and certifications such as LEED thus we are committed to meet these standards should the client require us to do.
